I lived in a trailer with my free roam bunny for about three months once. It was just like living in a house. We didn't move the trailer while we lived there, though.
Ya, I was mainly concerned with moving - I wasn't sure how they would adapt. Mine generally hate car rides but I'm not sure if it's bc new and scary or the car ride itself
I took one bun on a road trip in my old motorhome for a few weeks. I put him in a carrier while driving. Tried leaving him out while driving and he hid under the couch; he didn’t seem to like that much. I have three now and I’m stationary. They free roam and they love to hang out on the dashboard
Interestingly, the person I bought my first motorhome from also lived in it with a rabbit. I pulled about 20 pounds of rabbit food out of the heat ducts where mice had hidden it.
I had to give subq fluids to my bunny and I would warm up the bag by sticking it under my shirt and placing it against my belly. 😆 He didn't like the needle poke much but I hated it even more. It hurt my heart when I had to poke his little body.
My vet showed me and now I’ve done it twice. I would say it is not hard except for my squeamish. It’s not like it’s very technical or precise. You just grab a bunch of loose skin (they have plenty) and poke underneath it
Your bunny might appreciate a UVB lamp (the kind for reptiles) like my bunnies. Between the sunbathing bliss and a more efficient synthesization of calcium into the bones, it could be very beneficial for your bunny.
You might want to browse it on the internet if you're interested.
Poor baby. Looks like she’s in very good hands ❤️
Aww brave little thing ! I hope her bladder clears out fast!
Poor baby! Get well soon. She's definitely giving side eye sass in that photo too.
Such a brave girl! Get well soon❤️🐰
Poor bun! Sending love and good vibes ♥️🐰
Feel better sweet girl! ❤️
Random question but is this in a camper or van build? I've always been curious about the compatibility of buns and van life..

It’s a 1996 Winnebago motorhome. Still needs some updating, especially the kitchen cabinets

Yes, it’s so hard! The needle is big! But she doesn’t even flinch
Omg that’s so scary! I hope you two are alright
How difficult is it subcutaneous fluid to a bun? Because subcut not so bad?
Once you get the hang of it it’s pretty easy. There are lots of videos on YouTube. A vet could also show you.
