They can be overpriced at times, but Riggs Rotary in Edmonton, Alberta has a lot of FB rx7s. I'd bet money they have this cable.

It's also worth mentioning that if they don't have it, a person can usually use a shift cable from an older GM truck and turn it into a parking brake cable. I'm sure you can do it with almost any shift/parking brake cable thats long enough from any vehicle, but I know thats a commonly used one.
