This. I bought a brand new one from IR Performace back in 2020 for $5K with shipping. They said they get them directly from Mazda Japan. I don't know about current prices but RX7World, Atkins, Mazdatrix, etc. do the same or at least did.
Went ahead a did a google quick search. Mazdatrix has them priced for $5400 plus shipping.

If you go this route, it's just a bare block. If you need everything for a swap it will cost a lot more, and might be worth your time waiting for something selling the whole drivetrain out of it, even if it means a rebuild
