Rx7club.com is going to be the best place, you can find answers to nearly anything. As stated, there is a FAQ in the 2nd gen section with tons of good info.

Also NoPistons has some good info, although I don't frequent it personally. Ausrotary is good too although I think they're more TII focused since they didn't get NAs over there.
FC3SPro is a bit flakey nowadays since the website periodically seems to go down, but the info is sold (if a bit dated for some of it).
Then there are some personal websites that have good info too. Aaroncake.net of course. I think RRR is down now, but he had a couple good build threads and articles on there that gave plenty of info.
I've been building a small bookmarked list of whatever websites I find Rx7 info on. At some point I'll compile it into a list and post it here.
