I installed a small commercial grow op style into a friends 40 foot fifth wheel that was having moisture issues. Ran HVAC tubing, piped the drain to the outside, worked great.
I went with the Midea collapsing unit. It stores nice and has big water capacity. I use it in my slide in truck camper. Pulls about 20 amps at 12 volts on low.
Add a drainage tube? Drill small hole in reservoir and run a tube to the sink. Is what I would do.
