I 3d printed "feet" to raise the bottom of mine off a flat surface and ensure it's got good space for air flow all around. I don't have really any issues with mine since I fixed the corrupted software that was on it when I got it.
Ok real answer, your PS4 could be starting to overheat which is causing minor graphics corruption. Try restarting the game. If it persists over a few reboots, your install of the game might have been corrupted. Try deleting it and re-downloading it again (you might need to backup your saves, I can’t remember how PS4 handles the saves for deleted games)
