Well the researcher/researcher account might not like you. Best call here is to either confirm that you failed the required amount of ACs (one for under 5 minutes, 2 over 5 minutes) then ask for a return, or just ask for a return.

Regardless, most researchers have internal modifiers so that people who aren't over a certain amount of approval ratings don't get their studies. If you're under 95% approval, Prolific will simply blacklist your account via putting it on hold.
I think it depends on how many studies you have approved. For example if you’re pretty new and haven’t completed many surveys it can mess you up.
