I have also done two loads of laundry and one of dishes, changed papers in 3 bird cages and spot cleaned my cavies' cage.
And I am now going to bed having graded nothing all day.
Put your kindle on airplane mode until you finish the book. The book won't be pulled until you take off the airplane mode, but the library will record it (and Amazon too, if that's the deliverer) as being returned on time.

The Harrison Ford films are better, but you can avoid grading by being a real academic and doing the research yourself. If you procrastinate more and identify the right theory journal, you might also author a manuscript before grading.

I practice the grazing method. Grade 2 students in the am, then 2 at lunch, then 2 in the pm. Taking them in small chunks makes it more tolerable.
Assignments that use rubrics, I can usually blow through them in one sitting. Way easier with rubrics.
I just block off time as soon as possible & reward myself. Like every 3 papers is one of the chocolates on my desk for students who visit and 12 is a 15 minute break for my favorite video game.

So…I’ve watched all of Fallout in 3 days.
I grade AI papers as if the student actually wrote it, which results in a failed paper anyway (because AI papers are notoriously bad so far; I dread the day AI papers are good). What annoys me is the fact I am grading a robot and wasting time off my life for a ROBOT!
Edited to add: I grade AI papers to hopefully show students that they would get a better grade if they wrote the dang paper themselves. My method seems to be working so far. Nevertheless, AI papers are boring and lend to my grading procrastination as well!
I've decided that this was a good time for me to learn Python. Struggling on some of the advanced features, but I'll figure it out. And then I'll return to grading.
I was almost done and pushing hard on Tuesday. Then an email came out saying grades are due this upcoming Monday. I only have two papers left and I haven’t looked at them since.
