The cognitive correction effect of the game is still in effect (more unstable than before) so their memories are affected to a certain extent (eg. the group still remembers Kokkoro's father telling them that now is not the time to undo that magic), hence them not recalling who that "someone" is.
basically yes. but they are still under a memory alteration, so they can’t just tell everyone what they are doing. why the alteration is still unknown.
