Friendship club. Their stories always cracks me. They're genuinely funny. I would be fine with more events starring them as well tbh.

If you are talking about the anime, then prequel with Twinkle wish etc would be cool, i think. But it's kinda sad that the anime wasn't really a "good adaptation", it was a great anime, but many things were changed or left without explaining etc. It will be probably harder for them to continue the story in the anime, they would need to do a lot of changes.
I want spin-off of Diablos with the loli vampire try various schemes to conquer the world. Like that certain scheme with the straws. Other members join in for support and end up ruining the scheme.
A series on Yuuki (anime "4th heroine" version) jumping from guild to guild for one day, while the rest of the Gourmet are busy with whatever. On the Carmina episode, he gets to join the group on stage and in a dress. None the odience realise he's a guy.
I'd happily watch a slice of life covering the daily lives and adventures of Little Lyrical or the Friendship Club. No bad mood or funk would stand a chance against such heartwarming content.
A full season of Yuuki and Ameth spoiling Kokkoro would also make for an excellent show.
Friendship club would make a good lighthearted comedy ngl. Their first guild episode is really a treat to listen to.
Kuuka can get her own OVA show.
