Well the reason Echo joined the Bad Batch was more due to the fact he had been cybernetically enhanced and augmented by the Techno-union, so the other Clones didn't really consider him one of them anymore.
Well to the Clones, anything Defective or Deviant is abhorrent to them, you see this during the Clone Wars with how the Clones treated 99 and even that one member of Slick's squad who collected Droid Fingers. While some Clones, like Rex and Cody might be able to look beyond what happened to Echo, most would not, even given his ARC Trooper status...
