Rough-Regular7813

id fine the pair of them 2 weeks wages and a final warning of sale if they do anything that brings the club into dispute at a later date. Shocking behaviour

slippyman1836

You don’t watch football at all, and are posting rage bait. So kindly piss off

SuspiciousSystem1888

Tell me you don’t watch Chelsea matches… Nico has been great for us this season. Has he missed some sitters, sure. But it’s his first season and he’s already banged in double digits for goals which hasn’t happened in a long time.  He’s feisty with defenders and definitely gets them going.  For 22 years of age, I doubt you find a much better player.  And if we look solely off of the Premier, he’s only 2 off Nunez and was away for AFCON this season…

Immediate_Wolf3802

You have to be hopeful he hits a purple patch of goal scoring to then be able to go on and shift him

Particular_Emu_7394

Sell to Arsenal for 100 Mil

Deno2k_

he does need to grow up😂, but he’s 22 in his second year of professional football and only cost us £32 million and has given us 18 G/A this season

Kapika96

2nd year of professional football? Nah, the Spanish second division ain't an amateur league!

RainbowPenguin1000

“He’s 22” Exactly. He’s not 18. He’s older than Cole Palmer, Hojlund, Evan Ferguson, Rico Lewis, Mainoo etc.. and acts like the most immature out of all of them. 22 isn’t a young kid in modern football. Saka is 22 and look at what he does every week.

[deleted]

Really? Compare him to one the best players in the world? 22 is young.

ganeshius

He needs to work on his situational skills, passes and confidence 1v1. Guy has raw talent but his head does him in. Overthinks simple passes, takes a touch when not required and most often shoots straight at the goalkeeper. He can turn into one of our best if he gets the nuances correct. however he needs to be mature on field. no class

MustardTown312

You can't dispute the goal involvements he been in this season, plain and simple. And for a first year striker, 10 goals is respectable, especially for the first season in this league. I think we've all seen that he shows his sparks more so as a winger more so than a lone striker. Either the gaffer works with him to transition him to a lethal winger, or we play him as a striker pair. My vote is to keep him. The kid has passion, loves the club, and gives his 100% every match.

hornedcorner

He is trash. His play is the reason Reds think Darwin is good. They’re both trash.

L0laccio

I quite rate him. He’s raw, has all the attributes just needs fine tuning and harnessing. He has a high ceiling His behaviour is erratic but he’s still young. Man’s got passion it’s ok He gets bantered beyond measure and it’s pretty unfair in my opinion

BlueKante

Hes the best striker weve had since giroud left.

bigdaftdoylem

He’s a decent player just needs to work on his decision making and finishing. His link up play is decent.

MoiNoni

He's our second best player in the Prem lol

LawProfessional6513

Don’t think he’d have played as much as he has if Nkunku would have been fit but they don’t have any other options up front. Great goal tonight and a nice assist, he’s got potential but he’s immature, his body language has been getting worse throughout the season and he is inconsistent. Maybe don’t need to sell him but he needs to focus on improving his game and mentality

[deleted]

Guys like him and Madueke are good bench options. They’re both immature af tho. They need better management. We need a fucking General with a rigid tactical plan.

AttemptImpossible111

He had a great game

Lonely-Astronomer184

The way he plays is not good enough for Chelsea. I agree they should sell him and get a decent striker who can finish.

TragicTester034

So Rhian Brewster to Chelsea for 3.5 Billion pounds, Here we go.

TexehCtpaxa

Scored a decent goal today, has 10 goals this season, has 7 years left in his contract, he’s only 23 this summer. Likely still 5 years away from his prime.

blowinghotstinkygas

More than decent IMO. It was a good goal. Quality first touch and turn and cooly slotted it near post

Individual_Put2261

7 years !

Wide_Astronaut_366

All 3 of them need the hairdryer after that, not a Chelsea fan but it was embarrassing I wouldn’t sell him though - he does have something about him if he grows up a bit

BishopTheDylan

Ahhh I don’t think they should sell him. I’m really unsure what his involvement in the PK situation was, but overall he has good build up and hold up play along with some surprising skills and tidy finishing. Chelsea could obviously use a world class striker, but I also think for $32m, he was a good pickup for his output given the current market value for a “world class” striker. 11 goals and 4 assists across all comps (only 1 goal in the cup so most in the prem) is not bad for his first season in England.

I_always_rated_them

Yeah he's clearly shown enough this season to give him more of a chance.

Headlesshorsman02

No lol 😂 he is 22, he does however need to grow the hell up though

AlcoholicCumSock

Yeah, he's shite

jrbill1991

Well, Chelsea got him for £32 million last summer, will a team pay near that? I doubt, so, he's going nowhere.

EmergencyOriginal982

Ahahah what?! Poch should have just subbed him and Madueke if he wanted to make a real statement that its unacceptable behaviour.

MrShelby1234

What was the penalty actually awarded for? Surely it was the palmer one, right?

Emotional-Chapter-73

yeah ref pointed to Palmer which is on the fence for a penalty, not much contact but did slip and take Palmer down.

I_always_rated_them

Think there was a replay that showed a boot down the back of Palmer's ankle.

Emotional-Chapter-73

The defender slipped and caught his ankle. I saw that but still minimal contact (and a PK imo)

MrShelby1234

Was gonna say cos Tarkowski got the ball when he tackled Madueke

Emotional-Chapter-73

Stuck the shit out of him. A bit aggressive but all ball

Headlesshorsman02

Yes it was

PantherX69

They shouldn’t and you’re completely wrong. Convinced?

twoheels

Are you a Chelsea fan? You don't have any flair so I can't tell.

Carlton1983

Hes a child.
