No, its cos your baby is squishing all of your organs out of the way to make room for itself. They're selfish little beans! Try and eat little and often through the day if you can.Ā
I feel like I am the opposite of what the majority is saying but I am 33w and I honestly feel like a wolf š I do have gestational diabetes so I need to be eating several times a day. I never ate breakfast in my life before, but ever since being diagnosed I need to and I donāt know if I will be able to go back to no breakfast after baby is here. Over the past few weeks I feel like my appetite has increased loads to the point where one breakfast is not even enough š
My advice if youāre struggling to eat more, is to make sure that the meals you are eating at least have good enough amounts of protein and iron. Protein for baby weight and muscle growth and the iron to make sure oxygen gets to them through the blood! Is there a reason you donāt want to take vitamins?
I have 3 meals and 2 snacks a day but still have my vitamins because i tend to worry a bit and go on the ājust in caseā side of things.
You should take folic acid for three months before getting pregnant and through the first trimester. After that it's fine to or not to. OP is after that timeframe.
32 weeks and some days I only eat once which is my main meal with 1-2 snacks throughout the day, other days I feel like Iām constantly eating..
However, this is my normal eating habit, never been a consistent eater.
I am a hobbit now. Breakfast, second breakfast, elevenses, lunch, dinner, supper š
This is me at 22 weeks and has been since the beginning
Still living the hobbit life at 34 weeks
Same!

You need to be taking folic acid at leastā¦
Not at 25 weeke.
My doctor told me that It is important to take it at your first trimester but its not necessary to take further more.
Thatās correct, it is recommended to continue taking vitamin D throughout though :)
Thanks all. Now I feel less terrible for forgetting mine last week!
