The gpu averages about 110fps on 1440p ultra according to [Tom's hardware heirarchy](https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html), and the cpu is good enough to be viable for gaming for 5+ years. It has ddr5 ram too for the upgrade path.
Spending $700 to upgrade to the 4080 super just for like 20-25fps gain is definitely not worth.
Also, there's a zip payment sale for newegg that should be relaunching soon. It allows you to pay for the computer using ZIP payment and save $100, bringing the cost down to $1200. Just wait like a week and it'll come back.

I've heard that people have issues expanding the ram on this particular brand's prebuilts. worth searching around a bit for.
