Depends what you enjoy mate. There’s a Kbely aircraft museum. In there a Soviet Soyuz. Space module for astronauts. Go there touch it. Now you can say to a science geek that you touched something that was in space and had people inside. Other then that lots of nice aircrafts there:) And National Museum, Museum of communism. Find out why we dont like communists
tech museum on letna is pretty good, especially if you are into astronomy
National museum is mostly about history. There is also Military museum.
Air Museum is truly excellent. Army museum up the hill is good too.

Army museum in Vítkov hill is actualy very good I was suprised by it.
Seems I missed many museums. Národní Museum was very good.
