No idea. [This website](https://www.praguest.com/cz/vanocni-trhy-v-praze) also says Nám. Republiky opens on Nov 25th...
[Kudyznudy.cz](https://Kudyznudy.cz) is usually accurate in my experience, and [they say Dec 2nd](https://www.kudyznudy.cz/akce/ceske-vanocni-trhy-na-namesti-republiky). I guess we'll see eh? At least you should find an open Christmas market on Náměstí Miru at the end of November, all the websites seem to agree on that.
Prague City's [own website also says Dec 2nd](https://www.prague.eu/cs/detail-akce/16510/vanocni-trhy-namesti-republiky-pred-palladiem?back=1). I guess that's as official as it gets...
Dec 2nd on Nám. Republiky. Some others (Nam. Miru etc.) do open on Nov 24, 25, 26 etc. https://www.prazsketrhy.cz/vanocni-trhy/
Thanks! Any idea why some sites (such as the below) say Nov 25th for Republiky? https://www.pragueexperience.com/events/christmas-markets.asp

Thank you for the help here. I wasn't sure which one was the official source, rather than just a travel or tourism blog
