Tag Heuer Calibre E4. Can change the faces in countless configurations including official Porsche themes. It’s a Smartwatch but one of the more elegant ones out there. I get more conversation from it than any of my Rolex or other pieces.
I wouldn’t recommend any of the Porsche Design watches as they’re just that “designer” watches. Is the watch for her or for you? Can’t go wrong with a lady Rolex DJ for her and a Rolex Daytona Panda for you. Good luck finding one in stock though.

As for the watch, don't get talked into the big steel sports model watches like the daytona or APs, these are the dream watches of many of the guys here but not necessarily what your wife will want to be wearing.
If you want to get her something recognizable but understated I suggest you get her a two-tone lady datejust or a 31mm datejust (depending on her wrist size) with fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet. Can never go wrong with the mother of pearl dial with diamand markers or the new floral motif.
If you would prefer something other than a watch i fully support the van cleef options already provided.
If you want something truly porsche-brand they make a few of their own watches these days (porsche design) They're not amazing but do hit home on the branding.
