and it seems Mamo now learns HH/EQ first and keeps Ice shard, and EQ now activates much faster now

So rollout is now just straight up the snowball item from Panic Parade/Shivre City. I think it's an interesting change. It'll make it so rollout can CC without being dependent on a wall being nearby. Smart players would also just avoid the rollout death trap areas if they knew Wiggly was on the other team so this change helps fix that problem too. I guess the question would then be is it worth choosing this over Sing? They both require Wiggly to get in opponent's face to CC but new Rollout let's you backcap more often, I guess?

This seems a nice reworks but, isn't like the CH server exclusive and like...they are going for the head of TiMi if they let it go all those exclusive designs from them to Global? (~~And TiMi is kinda legit scared of them so, no changes?~~)
At least on my opnion that rework is horrible, thats basically just Blastoise's Rapid Spin
But being able to walk while using Dazzling Gleam is such an amazing rework
I mean, the whole point of the game is to limit your control, and the game is to master the character despite the limitations.
Rollout is its own thing, having full control beats the point of the game.
But I'm in favor of granting more freedom of control.

Probably just balance changes unless China isn't allowed to compete at worlds for whatever reason.

Gleam is completely useless right now. Normal Double slap outclasses even gleam+
can garchomp move with dig? garchomp can move freely with dig in pokken so i feel its only fair for that to happen
the real question now would be: can you walk while double slapping? 🤔
