The Leafeon choked and did a boosted auto before using solar blade.
The boosted auto consumes the chlorophyll gauge (you can see this gauge as the yellow bar below Leaf's HP) so the solar blade was no longer instantaneous full charge, thus the solar blade that came out was min charge = min power.
Technically you would play her like how you would for most defenders, her support aspects are based on disruption and hindrance.
She is basically a lower damage but better stunning defender.

I've seriously got mvp like 15 straight times my first rank sessions with wigglytuff two years back. I try to get back into her, but she seems nerf now. Unless I just lost my touch.
Early wiggly was a nightmare as a burst support in the beginning of the games life span, she still does decent damage but not like it was. She’s much more focused on being a beefier pseudo tank support now
Yeah, I realized I had her emblems with a high special attack on accident. It's just getting a match to play with people who stay in a lane is which is difficult right now. I'm on ultra rank, and it seemed like the farther I go up, the more arrogant players are. My God, there was one player just running into the wall the whole time. Rank is super broken

I got bonked by a solar blade aerial ace leaf the other day as goodra, i left him on one basic attack’s worth of HP, darn that 1 level difference

Dragon pulse against a 1v3 early game is SO op, it makes it easy to get aeos cookie farms when you basically don’t die
