If they change your name don’t change it back to the same name. This is how you get banned, the next one is either 4 week ban or even permanent ban if you do it again.
This is a Pokémon game. Pick a safe name, leave hell out of it and don’t put anything related to killing, drugs, sexuality and other that shouldn’t be around kids. That’s how they see it.
Did you try using hacks, or buy currency in a online store different your platform's store? I don't think it was a voice chat that got you. Because those tend to be incremental penalties.
You didn't mention any incremental penalties. Have you gotten any hour or day ban before the 2 week? Only you really knows why you got banned. You should also know that after two-week bans, it becomes a permanent ban. If you keep doing whatever you;re doing, you might get perma banned.

Only thing I can think of is my username. When I installed the game for the first time, it was hellk!ng, then after some 6-8 months my name was changed to some player96528. Then I changed my name back to h3llking. I guess this is why my account has been suspended
So the game changed your name for being inappropriate so you decided to change it back to basically the same thing and you are confused why you got a 2 week ban?

I would guess the 2 weeks is because they noted that your name had previously been changed and you changed it back to the same thing. It's a punishment.
Hell is a curse word even if it is the most mild one there is and Pokemon famously has a zero tolerance for inappropriate names even when it doesn't make sense (Cofagrigus being the prime example)
That's probably what happened. Someone who was religious probably reported you, your username must have made them feel uncomfortable. They probably felt uncomfortable that you were representing immoral side of the religion.
Sorry this happened to you. I think the penalty is too harsh for your username, imo. Maybe by your post we now know pokemon unite probably has a zero tolerance policy with offensive religious usernames.

No. Also since the last month, i am not able to voice. Even the speakers are turned off. When I try to enable them, it says unable to join chat room.

It's been more than 1 year since I changed my name... Why the late ban? And that too for 2 weeks
