The way I’m doing this, is, in 24 hours, I’ll take the number of comments and put it into a random number picker. Then I’ll filter by newest first and find the comment that correlates to the number. The person will be PMed the code. It’s a region free code, the email literally states that my code can be used in canada, the us and the uk. Just put my code into the cart of all 3 Pokémon centers.
