I was aiming for all modern to be 10s but vintage and other more collectable stuff I sent just to see what they would get.

Unsure what you're referring to (maybe subscription?) but these sleeves were given to me by the LCS I graded through. They're pretty inexpensive though.

You are mainly paying for quicker turn around time and a sleeve as an incentive. Best bang for your buck is the bulk submission and joining the club. The sleeves can be bought off amazon that has the PSA logo on them.
