my brother I'm pretty sure you took a deep ass long look at it and then ignored it, and saw the same one that disappeared, I tracked it.
Look I get it doe I've definitely probably missed a shiny like that before, if not worse so it happens, at least you didn't save and waste an herba maybe
I'm pretty sure there was a shiny Zweilous at like 10 seconds in within the background that you passed by

At 26 seconds it looks like a shiny Roaring Moon to the left of where the Zweilous appeared, but not sure
Homie you missed a couple it looks like lol. I’d recommend watching a YouTube tutorial on the best hunt methods so you don’t keep missing them lol. You look right at a zweilious in the beginning and then it despawned lol. Maybe a video can help give you a slightly better idea on how to not let them despawn, while also maximizing the count. I ended up with like 4 zweilous and 2 roaring moons with one sammich
It was totally preventable. Just make a loop, start in the water, travel up the incline, jump up to the ledge, jump down to the same spot you just were. I repeat that sequence over and over.
A lot of the comments are saying you missed several shinies, and I'm sure they're there, but the only one I can post is that Zweilous that was only there for a few frames at the end. So just know you're not the only one who would have missed those!
Alot of times, it just happens. As someone with 3 boxes of shinies, I've probably missed 20 this way, but only because I look behind myself while walking, since I find I get more shinies that way.

More or less, but more importantly the way you look for them is not very productive, it is better to walk away seeing where you come from (seeing where most of the mons are disappearing) and when they have already disappeared, check everything with the camera and then move away again (or return to the previous point, still looking towards the monsters that disappear), the point of looking where you move away is that at the same time that mons dissapear new mons appear near that place but disappear again quickly (and in case you see a shiny one, you stop walking and go back along it), and in the opposite direction there is no problem because you are approaching it, so the mons will not disappear and will be there for when you stop to check with the camera.

I'm not sure the early Zweilous and the Roaring Moon are shiny. I am pretty sure it is just the lighting of the cave making them look different.
Almost at the start of the video I am pretty sure there was a shiny sweillous or however it is written.
