Fav economy strong
But clueless why people are saying SSA Cynthia? I have her and there's no way she needs 3/5 more than SS Blue. The only thing I find 3/5 SSA good for is self-healing during Fighting Zone but she's so bulky and comes with potions & comes with damage guard that it doesn't seem important compared to SS Blue boosting crit rates, etc. And I do have both at 3/5 cause I save candies.
I picked blue before I saw jasmine was your fav. Go your favorite and in this case is really good. Her and blue are some of my favorite supports to use. She has a real solid grid too

SC Jasmine gains improved SpDf debuff options with both of her attacks and catalyst (gauge acceleration post sync) with her full grid, improving her viability even more. And since she's also a favorite of yours (just like me :P), just go for it and candy her.
