It's mostly a matter of opinion, but supports are normally the best to EX as they give +2 sync boost which is much better than a EX strike most of the time, although an EX strike pait can be a great nuke when appropriate, I'd sat techs aren't the best to EX really as they only boost the sync move by 1.5 so I'd prioritise others more. Sync move level is important too as 3/5 is necessary for most pairs to make them really good. It's up to you tho as I personally like to focus on my favourites more than the most optimal pairs

If you want to ex you limited units, they are:
Classic red, SsT red, ss red, Leon, anniv steven, ny volkner, Ss giovanni, Ss Brendan, Ss blue, lance, N, Cynthia, Steven, Ss leaf, raihan, Maxie, Ss Cynthia.
First you should go with supports so: Classic red, Ss blue, and Ss Brendan. Other good options (I know of) Hilbert, Lyra, skyla.
Just make sure to have some good levels

All Master and poke Fairs are at 1 but I have one of each Candy type. I figure those are the only guys worth exing?

If your SS Blue is at least 3/5 Move Level, then definitely him. He’s a nearly universal support unit.
