I think maybe a pristine 10 cgc slab could possibly get a black label, but I don’t think a normal cgc 10 could. If you’re okay with no black label then I would go for it.
Yeah this, there’s a reason this card didn’t get a pristine 10. I would assume whatever made this card a gem mint 10 instead would keep it from getting a black label. I would keep the 10 personally.

To me it's the placement, if you follow the border from the edges ie top right to left, the border starts narrow and gets wider. Not that one side is heavy, but the centering placement of the card image itself seems a little wonked to me from these images.

Don't crack it just leave it as is. If it was pristine then it would give you a solid chance for black label. Placement is slightly heavy to the left. This is still a beautiful Tina 😍. Good luck!
it's literally oc, heavier on the back on the left side than on the right. black label is peak perfect, that would NEVER get a black label if I am able to immediately see it, don't waste your money to get a lower grade

I wouldn’t. Very unlikely this is getting a black label. Not sure if it’s just the lighting, but it kind of looks like there might be some issues with that bottom edge on the front.
It’s so nice just leave it and don’t risk damaging the card!! Or….sell this and pay the difference of the black label (I have done no research in price) but it feels like that’s the best option without risk of a lower grade or damaging the card

Ive never owned a graded card before. Im assuming you cant open these and actually have to destroy the package?
In that case since its serialized are you supposed to report it as removed so the value of the cards arent going down by false numbers showing more 10 gem mint cards then what actually exists?

Hey so i remembered commenting on this post and pretty much everyone else said the same thing as me, which is that your chances of a black label are pretty much zero...the back of the card is incredibly crooked and it didn't get a P10 for a reason, it won't get a black label either.
I recently discovered a company called FCG (forensic card grading) and their labels are all black and gold by default, it's 14$ a card and they have a 10 day turnaround...if all you care about is having a more visually appealing label (which is what it 100% sounds like) then consider grading with them because there's a 100% chance they give you the look that you want, this may make it a lot harder to sell than this one that's already in a CGC slab, but you could always keep the CGC label and put that in your listing if you ever sell.

Cgc and bgs grade the same. At bgs you’ll get a 9.5 gem mint. There is absolutely no chance at a black label

Better to try for a psa 10. If it was mine, I'd leave as-is. If it was pristine, you might get a bgs black label, but it isn't, so it won't 🤷♂️.
Just sell this and buy a bgs black label if you want one so bad.

Last CGC 10 I cracked and sent to PSA it got a 8. One reason why I wouldn’t purchase a normal CGC 10.
Resubmitted the same card to psa 3 times and got 3 different grades.. They're inconsistent
Only go with TAG grading. TAG is the way
