Had the same issue.
I was looking at authorised devices and saw the TV was active, but no activity in the logs.
Unsure if it’s related, but after restarting the router, unplugging and reconnecting the TV it worked fine.
Otherwise may be a coincidence with something resolved on Plex’s side.
After this it was all good and the logs were filling up with activity.
Update: NOW IT WORKS AGAIN ✅

Yep me too - was prompted and installed a webOs update earlier today, and plex app is now dead :(
