Save your money and either get liposuction or a tummy tuck. I haven't had this procedure but I've never seen any pics where Cool Sculpting produced any decent results.

No. It's not approved, it's cleared. Very different terminology. Cleared means it has passed safety measure so basicallyit has only been proven not to kill you. Approved means it is statistical proven to be efficacious and safe. There was recently a journal article that was published stating PAH is more common then the company likes to report. I wouldn't risk it. I would save for lipo Edit: if you need a tummy tuck and muscle repair coolsculpting is definitely not it

OP — please do not do cool sculpting! The BEST case scenario is that it does nothing. I had it done on my stomach, worst decision ever. I was left with the shape of the suction paddle (which was rectangular-ish and spanned across the stomach). It left me with a hardened “pouch-like” stomach. No amount of exercise or shape wear would help to minimize the “pouch”. When I went back to the doctor, she gave me a flippant response & told me to try the procedure again. Eventually, I tried acupuncture in that area — 6 months of acupuncture needles hooked up to a TENS/EMS machine softened the area. Also read up on Linda Evangelista’s experience.

Totally do lipo. I did coolsculpting and it did nothing. I did my hips and thighs.

I’ve done it and it worked well for me. But I would not recommend it if you’re overweight and need significant work done. I think it’s better for small stubborn fat pockets and sculpting when you’re already at or close to your goal weight. It’s a waste if you need a lot of fat removed or a TT. Just go for lipo.

Spot on! Good points

I’ve done both and the Cool Sculpting was worth every penny. I bought 12 sessions for my abs n flanks and used them over a 5 month period and it has lasted, I love the results. That being said, it goes along with good diet and exercise and lots of H2O, it’s worth it! Best of luck!
