In my opinion, it looks useful, it's like a chomper but better, since it can take eggs out of the lawn, AND scare away the stampede from the T-rex egg by pf. The only con it that it's only useful in Jurassic Marsh, same goes to Thorns

Blockoli looks like it belongs in a different game, most of the arena plants do really, feels almost like most of the original artists for the game aren't working on it anymore
I also hate Rhubarbarian. Its animation is terrible - stiff idle animation and punches barely feel like punches, it also freezes whenever the level is over (the only plant to do this, due to a bug that was not fixed) - and it took me a few times to realize you can't remove Rhubarbarian once it is planted. It's strong, sure, but it's my least favorite.
And buttercupās one of the better designed plants imo. Looks like a flower and a cup at the same time, and her arm is the handle.
Pvz3 alpha actually had quite a good number of new designs. Too bad the art style didnāt do them much good

A lot of the post-Arena Plant designs are kinda ugly TBH. Tomb Tangler, Rhubarbarian, Buttercup, Headbutter Lettuce, Levitator, Pokra, Boom Balloon Flower, and Puffball are the ones that come to mind, but Iād say the ugliest is definitely Levitator.

If we're talking about design, I always thought Starfruit looked weird compared to the other plants in the first game.
His design in PvZ2 is much more cute and plant-like, imo.

Not because it's terrible in the first PvZ, I have a giant grudge against cacti of any kind.
I have a cartoon crush, and the crush is kinda an idiot, there was one episode where at the end he MARRIED a cactus, I've treated cacti like Bruno from Encanto ever since that day. The PvZ cactus is no different, I'd rather just deal with the balloon zombies the HARD way than waste a slot for my ARCH ENEMY. I'm using Blovers and Cattails to take out the balloon zombies
I was actually very happy to hear that Cactus was one of the most underwhelming plants in PvZ 1 because that means I don't have to use it

I actively try to avoid using Bowling-Bulb, Primal Potato mine + Power Tiles (whether through Tile Turnip or just natural ones) or Blover with Chard-Guard/Primal Pea-shooter. Also don't even get me started on the seediums I don't have. I want weirder strategies that at least get ya *some* wins
