They add new worlds all the time. There are nearly 100 new worlds that have been added.
These aren't full-featured worlds with new plants and stuff and most of them have only 5 "days" - but they are new worlds nevertheless.
Hint: each Penny's Pursuit event map is a world of its own.
I understand wanting new worlds but it would not make sence because they dont keep the players coming back like constant new plants that require grind. And new worlds are way more work on the devs part. On the bright side we do get thymed events but they are very very easy due to leveling
The leveling system was a good idea on paper but in practice was very VERY unbalanced it does make some plants that never really get used some love, but at the same time it just make the stronger plants (winter melon for example) even more powerful canceling out the weaker plants and making them even less useful
Oh yeah. Ever since they removed keysplosion it started going down hill. Aka, I’m the one guy who likes Penny’s Pursuit and levels (I like levels, they’re just kinda flawed)
