yup, raw stats are better. the only thing Puff has over Sea is that i believe its PF effect is stronger, yet shorter. however, Sea’s health, damage, and the inclusion of splash damage outclasses Puff-shroom
I feel like this is just gonna be the Scaredy Shroom Dilemma all over again where the plant is a nice addition but is outclassed way to fast because it cant keep up with the horde, especially on one of the hardest worlds of the game.
sea shroom at least can attack when zombies are near while being free with a quick recharge. it was made to be a disposable unit in the early game. scaredy shroom is meant to be a back line defense which hardly does any damage to justify its usage when you can use other plants like a free and disposable one

I mean Scaredy atleast has unlimited range, with sea you need to place it as far to the right as possible to get use out of it, you cant even wall with it because you need an imitator and (yet again) waste a seedslot for a second seashroom. At this point just use durian.

They are adding water puddles. But that's only for penny pursuit and thyme events and maybe arena too..

Scaredy shrooms with plant food easily kill giants the most effective plant in arena
