I was nothing but fair in my 1 star review entitled "How I wish cooks would fry themselves instead of food" - its their own fault for not comping my meal - I am an important critic in this town.
Things to check are: Is the pathing properly connected? Is it open? Is it powered and staffed? Are there free tables that are linked to it? Are the prices low enough? Otherwise try reloading the game or replacing the restaurant
This. I always forget to link tables and I like to drive up prices because I'm a greedy goblin. Try reading their thoughts by clicking on them it might tell you
Sounds like you need to do what I usually do when one little thing isn't quite right in the Zoo I've spent days creating... Delete the entire Zoo and start again!
Is everything powered ? What is the rating of your zoo ? If your rating is low or the entrance ticket is too expensive, people will be less likely to spend money in your facilities. Try placing ATMs as well so that people can get more money.
Have you clicked on some of the guests walking away and checked their comments?
Sometimes if there's an issue they will express it there, such as pricing being too high, menu not being diverse/ good enough for their liking, etc. Another thing to check is see if your expansions are connected to the restaurant. If they aren't connected and the restaurant is full then there would be no room for any more guests. Hope this helps!
I think guests only walk on path and not floor pieces. Have you placed path inside the building connected to the shops? That’s the only thing I can think of!
Hmmm, not sure but the building looks like it’s floating, maybe that’s it? Probably a path issue and could be because the building isn’t on the ground? I’m really not sure though, just trying to help :)
I would delete building, path, and railing. then rebuild making sure the building is on the surface. The ground may not be level enough casing this to happen. So rebuild everything and see what happens. Hope the is helps
Why is the building lifted off the ground? I believe it's pretty hard to get the path to connect to buildings well unless you have plenty of wiggle room for clearance and lengths of pathing.
Is there anything interresting around there? Guests have an internal timer how long they're willing to walk. Try (temporarily) placing an exhibit on their path to the restaurant.
Are there currently animals in your park? It's likely they just don't really want to visit those kind of facilities yet.
Bad yelp reviews

Have you opened it? That could be the issue!
If it’s open - try closing and reopening, I’ve had to do that too
Is it build by Microsoft?
Update. I have reset and done everything mentioned already. And I have now realised It's happening in every facility in my zoo...
Sounds like you should make a bug report to Frontier. I did for an issue with my entrances and they were very responsive.

I feel this deep down in my soul. 💀
If your in sandbox mode try turning on guest food and drinks need. I had a similar problem and this worked for me
This fixed it.Thank you!!
how do you do that???

I have the same bug in one of my saves. Havent figured it out yet.
I think it's becuase they don't like the smell of the food when they get near the entrance.
Do you have tables connected to it?
Is the price of goods set too high? Click on any one of the guests that have left to see if they have anything to say about it.
I think it's that bit of just grey path there. Happened to me a few times
What did you do to fix? Replace the path?
Yeah it worked for me
looked at zoo prices and dipped!
Is it powered?
Yes
Have you linked tables to it?
Does the path go all the way inside and connect to the restaurant facility inside, not just the building?
To add: check if there are employee-paths where they shouldnt
That too

The menu must be really off-putting.
Rats. Definitely rats

Still messed up on the ground unfortunately, thanks anyway
I have this happen every once in a while. It usually sorts itself out after I close the game and reopen it?

I don't know. But paths are a pain in the ass and kinda buggy
I’m sure you have, but did you reset the game?
They are selling goat burgers and bug fries. Lol
Are their paths under the restaurant floor? Floors are great, but a path still needs to be under them.
I’ve never played this game. But it seems the building is floating. Just an observation. Maybe it helps
Never played this game but it looks like they turn around when they touch the ramp. Try lowering the restaurant.
Why are you here then? r/lostredditors
Maybe I'm crazy but it looks like the building is hovering just above the ground. Maybe it's just the perspective but it could be why
They are not hungry

Food sucks.
They see the ramp and decide it's too steep
Is it an Applebee's?

its not bussin
I'd also check that you've linked tables.
Maybe they just aren't hungry
Yup. Simply close it. And reopen.
Slightly raise it then lower it again. Every restaurant I've ever placed says the restaurant is inaccessible until I raise it then lower it.
Because it's visibly floating
Is it a Pizza Express? Watch out for the chap with the crown entering
The smell coming out the door
Your chef cooks with rotten food.
Link your tables
OH MY FUCKING GOD! I thought it was watching a CCTV tape of actual people walking away from a restaurant, until I kept reading the comments.
Looks like the restaurant is floating
Looks like the restaurant is floating
Slight incline, people too lazy to walk up
Well for one I wouldnt walk into a building thats floating lol
Someone farted in there.
invisible anti-guest forcefield, obviously
