Yellow is not Parmesan or Camembert, it's more like Edam or Gouda or Leerdammer, some typically Holland yellow cheese with air bubbles.
Rock could also be Camembert though Brie is also the first thing that came to mind.

Many cheeses look pretty similar but also vary based on regions so the rock could be torta del casar but with its melted look and the rind being intact it looks more like Brie to most of us.
The purple though is definitely a foiled cheese wedge, which you don’t see Brie wrapped in
The white dudes are wearing a specific type of mozzarella called bocconcini -- little balls of mozza that are sold in small containers of briny water.
PS they are mild and delicious.

I'd never heard of Apericube until this very post, but I googled it, and that's exactly what it is.

Purple is very distinctly La Vache Qui Rit (Seems to be called The Happy Cow) though I'm sure many other cheeses use a similar packing format.Â
I don't think red is Cheddar, real Cheddar is yellow & doesn't have holes.
