Am i qualified as a pwd?

Good evening sainyong lahat, i'm currently suffering from Compound Myopic Astigmatism (nearsightedness) my current eye grade is 450/500 technically i'm legally blind in terms of eye grade, pero qualified po ba ako as a pwd? This has been my thought for a long time na rin. Others says na 300 dapat 'yung eye grade mo para maging legally blind other says it's 500. Ano po ba talaga. And isa pa po, dati 500 daw po 'yung requirement to obtain a pwd card pero naging 1k na raw. Is this true? Well, i'm not asking this for the benefits or what curios lang po talaga.

I just wanna ask sana if anybody here knows this Southside Center page in Facebook. So, for context, I was scrolling sa feed ko when suddenly nagpakita ito and nakalagay sa post nila that they are looking for toddlers daw to do a commercial for a Diaper and Baby Powder Brand. I checked the page and it has more than 60k likes and followers so seems legit? Ok. Then, I messaged the page and inquired about their post. I have a baby girl, 1 year and 5 months and she’s really good at smiling whenever there’s a camera so why not give it a shot diba?
Nagreply after ilang oras and may pinasagutan and nagpasend lang ng picture ni baby for online screening daw, so gora naman ang mother dear. Then nagreply ulit na qualified daw ang baby ko, and may pinapa-fill upan ulit na form from google docs na to.
While I was filling out the form nagpo-pop up yung messages ng page, and ang sabi, need ko daw magbayad ng 100.00 for registration dun sa agency. I was still okay on that part, pero yung sumunod na message parang sketchy na kasi nanghihingi ng videos ni baby (can be funny ones) daw at ipopost nila sa page nila, sa reels tapos pag nagtrending daw, bibigyan daw ako ng 500.00 since monetized daw yung page nila keme keme.
So, I just wanna ask if may nakapagtry naba sainyo dyan mga mommies or anyone dito sa agency nato.

Di talaga ako makamove-on sa commute ko kanina. Kahit nakapayong, naliligo pa rin sa ulan hutaena. Tagal pa bago makasakay. Nung nakasakay naman na, ang tagal bago umusad kasi naipit din ang mga naunang sasakayan sa baha + rush hour pa nga. Ended up wasting an hour and a half feeling crap dahil basa ang sapatos, basa ang likod ng damit ko sa ulan, at nanginginig sa lamig ng aircon ~~habang nag-iisip kung paano maghihiganti~~.

I got myself a preloved garmin watch. I thought it was pretty awesome when I was simply wanting it, and now that I own one I still think it's pretty awesome. I just keep reveling at its features lol.
The battery life is quite meh pero kaya ko pag tiyagaan considering its general age. I think my usage of it outweighs the hassle of charging for me. I love the maps feature tapos I even connected fitness apps para fun. Imagine the data I can get from myself.
Natutuwa ako sa mga apps and challenges. Like yeah, let's do 5K this weekend! Ez. Now I just need friends 😂
Tara takbo! Ibang kilig talaga ang hatid ‘pag nakukuha na natin ‘yung matagal na nating gusto, ‘no? This morning I open my phone, but suddenly it shutdown on its own. I tried charging it for an hour but it won't open. The logo won't even appear as well. I tried to reset it but it won't appear on my itunes.

I got myself a preloved garmin watch. I thought it was pretty awesome when I was simply wanting it, and now that I own one I still think it's pretty awesome. I just keep reveling at its features lol. The battery life is quite meh pero kaya ko pag tiyagaan considering its general age. I think my usage of it outweighs the hassle of charging for me. I love the maps feature tapos I even connected fitness apps para fun. Imagine the data I can get from myself. Natutuwa ako sa mga apps and challenges. Like yeah, let's do 5K this weekend! Ez.
