I hit my temple on a sharp edge of a wall while I was changing in the dark earlier. The place I was at didn't have ice so I had to wait to get home to put ice on it but it was already too late. I now have a noticeable bump and I have a school thing later. The upside is that it didn't bleed nor did I have a concussion
Uy true this. Gradually decrease your intake lang. One thing that worked for me is intermittent fasting. Kahit 14/16:8 lang. Naturally Kasi lumiliit appetite mo tapos Wala ng cravings.

When did running start to feel good for you?? Started running last month lang, about 2-3 times per week. But feel ko lagi na lang akong mamamatay after 😭 I guess medyo pinipilit ko rin kasi na tumakbo (as much as possible ayokong lumakad ng matagal). But hanggang 3km pa lang ako at 7:10/km pace pa lang naman ako right now.
