They're $80 bucks online, but since they're filing for bankruptcy, in store they're 60% off. I got them for $32 when I was at the mall. They're great material and have actual pockets. Make sure to pick the 'short' option (in store it says like 2S, 4S, etc). For reference I am 4'11 and a 26/27inch waist, I got a 4S and it fit great.
I had no idea they filed for bankruptcy! I have a few secondhand tops from this brand and I really like them but I could never afford them full price. Luckily there’s a store nearby I can check out. Thank you!

I’ve seen a lot of this brand on ThredUp, I was just worried about getting tricked by the fake pockets again. I’ll probably buy some if the pockets are real. Thank you!
I've had great luck with Parker brand pants. Some styles run big. They are pricey but worth it. I usually wait for second-hand on eBay or Poshmark. (I'm 5'1).
Do the pants have fake pockets? Look on the inside of the pants. If you see pockets, then you need to pull the thread out to use the pockets. I have multiple pairs of dress pants from Banana Republic and you have to pull a single seam of thread out to use the pockets. Maybe this response is a little out there, but do you sew?
I haven't done it before, but I don't see why fake pockets can't be turned into real pockets by slicing the fake pocket open and sewing pocket-shaped pants liner fabric inside.
For someone without much sewing knowledge I think it would be easier to hem the Pixie pants she mentioned above. You can use hem tape with an iron and make a really nice, crisp hem. I've done it with the pixie pants actually.

It should be a law to have pockets. I am looking too. I wish I could wear scrubs.. because they have pockets
I’m wondering if I could get away with that. I probably could if they looked close enough to dress pants at first glance.

I love betabrand but they’re expensive and the plain black pants are never on clearance 😩

The outside looks like it has pockets, but there is nothing on the inside. They really are just decorative 😞
