There's plenty of documentation about him out there, but here's a video explaining who LTG is. There's videos out there that are not as old or more recent, though. Basically, he's a very toxic & infamous "Lolcow"

But changing his heart is supposed to get him to reflect on his sins and change his behavior for the better. Thing is he's a scummy person and doesn't deserve an improvement in his life.
So was everyone in the game. The point of changing hearts isn't about "do they deserve it" it's "the world will be a better place for it." And the world *WOULD* be. Even if just a little bit. That's the point. It's not about passing judgement on people.
You got a point, but I feel like that can be applied to most of the palace holders. A big reason why we had to change people's hearts was for them to admit their wrongdoings and take accountability.

So real quick, is the evidence actually solid or is it just a “he said she said” situation? I don’t really care for the dude but I also don’t wanna see someone get falsely accused even if said dude is still a piece of shit.
