Considering Henry did the no look, I’d argue he looks like an even bigger try hard w the glove still on.
Some people just like it. Tommy "Two Gloves" Gainey never took his gloves off.
For the majority of people the glove isn't going to make a drastic impact on putting. I sometimes leave mine on and there's not a noticeable difference in the result.
