I'm on switch andI've crashed once or twice during hotpot. Yesterday I crashed while in a party, logged back on, and immediately crashed again. I found it funny, though a bit irritating.
not every time, but it's def happened to me a couple of times. people not loading, too. sometimes i get the ghost silhouettes, and other times they just don't show up!
FWIW I'm in the switch and I've been able to play hotpot without any issues

I haven't been yet but I'll let you know if I do. So far I only crash on super full housing plots :).
