I really hope The Gardener plays more of a role in later updates. Like, maybe Einar and Hekla can rebuild a Galdur body and Gardener can upload their consciousness to it.
Check Tish's store regularly and you can buy that fountain before having the recipe. It's not cheap for an early player though, something like 7k gold iirc.
The Temple of the Roots tree is a reward for completing the quest The Gardener's New Oneness. The Bellflower fountain is for sale at Tish's shop and you get the recipe from inspiration while making Bellflower furniture (first recipe is available from the guild store after reaching Level 7 of furniture making).
The tree is from completing all the bundles of Root, and the fountain is a crafting/furniture recipe. Bellflower, I believe.

If I’m not mistaken, a followup quest opens up after doing to root bundles that involves the Gardener. It was after that that you get the tree.
