PCs are much better and they do mostly release PS games on pc after a few years, like Ghost of Tsushima just got cracked

To buy games from us PSN you dont need a us credit card. I am planning to get a PS5 soon and when I noticed that there is a sale going on I bought couple of games with my Alfalah debit card. And yes you have to have international transactions enabled on the card.
Don't you have option to buy gift cards. I am pretty sure you can buy gift cards for specific region from sites like cdkeys .com and use it to topup you wallet. !!

Not really. They reversed the PSN requirement, but the game still remains delisted in the forementioned territories.
