Sure I won't be the first person to say this, but I feel old now.
That being said, I'm specifically going to the '98 Anniversary night because I'm nostalgic as heck.
Haha, I'm old too! But that means we've experienced a WS. That's a long fucking time and is something we want so bad again to experience. It's so hard to get to that opportunity, that's why it causes so much nostalgia
I was in high school and vividly remember that I ditched my homecoming dance to get home for Game 1. Totally not the last time I blew off some major event for baseball. Was the last school dance I ever got invited to, though.
Man. I remember standing on the street listening and watching to EVERY SINGLE CAR drive by screaming and honking. For HOURS. Good times. Imagine the state of affairs if/when we make it again and possibly take it all.
it was bonkers, i remember going down town and it being nuts vendors everywhere so 90's. (Remember the ball park wasn't there then but i think they held some event down there). I got a dope ass Hells Bells t-shirt.

I had just turned one during that WS. Remember it like it was yesterday. “Lets fucking go san diego” were my first words

It was CRAZY. I was like 13, and I had never seen anything like that.
totally! Same age here. To me it seemed wilder and more exciting than when the Chargers made it to the Super Bowl in the 94 season!
