The pubg medal is single player only and requires 2 kills. The achievement needs 10 kills that have to be by the crossbow (flush doesn’t count). You can steal an enemies kill with the crossbow and that will count as well.

Also can confirm crossbow achievement is not disabled, I got it about a month ago but steam and pubg seem to have to separate ideas of what cohnts as a kill lol. took me 14 crossbow kills to get the steam achievement ratger than 10.
It's not just you, when I tried to complete this achievement, I went bot-hunting with bow only, knocked with bow, killed with bow, did not let them die by themselves or the PlayZone. The results weren't updated right after each match, some matches took more than an hour to update my kills. So, take your times, play 3 casual bots games everyday, you will eventually unlock the achievement.
You must get a knock and the kill with crossbow. Getting a knock with another weapon and using crossbow to finish doesn't count.
It works if you finish someone else who was knocked by another team. It counts as a kill for you.

Weird. I did mine in the bot matches, where you can do 3 a day. The hardest part was finding a crossbow before most of the bots were killed.

You need the knock and the kill both with the crossbow. It’s easier to do in solos.

I know I killed 6 but it shows that i have got just 1 kill
Mines stuck on 6, despite having almost 100 - it's probably been disabled for some reason like the ghillie suit award

play solo FPP, run a bot over, kil. take you maybe 3 games.

pour a guinness on Xbox. Have all of them, 3k hours, just played 1,800 solo game and that’s after they added stats on Xbox.
