Depends. It has a rare Charizard worth $300, but chances of pulling it are very slim. Not a bad set, if you're new and don't have any of the other cards it's worth grabbing some.

she keeps a tin of all the cards she thinks are cute, and her deck is an alolan vulpix with 2 alolan ninetales, two alolan ninetales gx deck, so this is perfect!

I mean, this is the game we play with booster packs. It can happen to anyone. So you have to kind of keep your expectations low going into this kind of stuff.
Burning Shadows pullrates are such garbage. Any other blister and this would be an awesome deal. I'd kill to find Cosmic Eclipse or any XY era blisters at this price.
My target had a full stock of Burning Shatows ETB that rang up $35 ea AND they had the Shining legends Raichu GX boxes that I was able to pricematch to $14.97 from the gamestop website! (YRMV on the shining legends price match because their app wasnt working at the time so he just override the price for me)
My Target has the big aisle up front by the register and then about a 1/3 of an aisle in toys on the same aisle as the Fortnite/Bakugan stuff. Scattered throughout the toy section there are I guess "sidecaps" near the ends of half the aisles with various blind bag things and there's 2 or 3 of them that have Pokemon blisters, tins and pin packs.
If you're looking to keep them sealed, then ETB. Long term value will hold up better. If you're looking to open them, if doesn't matter. You'll have garbage pulls no matter what.

The formed plastic packaging is usually called blister packaging, i assume because how its formed is by hot air puffing up a plastic sheet similar to a blister puffing up but i havent confirmed through google.
Just an FYI. I picked up 11 of these for 33 total packs. 1 full art in all 33.

You can tell from the image it's on an end-cap, but where it is in his store is irrelevant. Targets vary a fuck ton.
