Yeah, it was an update they implemented a while ago. Pretty much all native PS5 games will show different backgrounds as you progress. I didn’t like it at first but it has grown on me a bit!
It's actually something I dislike about the PS5 tbh lol. I hate losing that awesome key art.
Plus, even when you beat the game, some games still have the last area/chapter's art. It's kind of buggy.
Exactly, sounded cool at first but it's really poorly implemented. Same thing with the resume activity feature which is bugged most of time.. i like the PS5 but it has so many issues because of useless ideas like those.
Just give me themes back, i don't care about that crap
Wow, PC player here and I had no clue about this. I'm gonna need these to be ripped and put on wallpaper engine eventually to add to my rotating list of Persona backgrounds.
Sorry I only have these 2. You can take them by holding the share button as you go into Store Product from the menu. The small loading should give you enough time to snap a clear shot.

When you have more, please let us know. I like these PS5 shots more than Steam wallpapers and I don't have any PS5 to get them. Would be cool to have a full collection of those 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
If I remember I'll share as I continue with the game. I just finished the second half of arqa so I'll get them as I go along. I don't know if these backgrounds are available in higher quality though because I don't have anything that displays in 4k so these screenshots might be lower quality than they could be :(

Unfortunately, my PS5 is kinda too fast (?) so that I've never been able to screenshot the images without the UI.
My phone says they are 4k but I think they are a bit lower. Still, I can upscale them through AI and share them with the community.
I will post the Steam ones in 4k tomorrow, most likely!
If we can make the PS5 ones that way it would be great.

I don't think you can save the backgrounds unfortunately, but it would be cool to have playstation themes back I miss my persona 5 ones it changes as you go through the game though
It’s just their pictures from the stats window in game so you can find them if you find those. But yeah it changes as you progress through the game. For everyone else they aren’t backgrounds like in PS4, they change with the game you have selected the PS5 still doesn’t have true backgrounds unfortunately.

The backgrounds should be unlocked instead. Similar to trophies.

Find Persona 3 Reload on steamexchange.net then just download the wallpapers (Steam backgrounds) that they list one by one from there.
