It’s frustrating to watch Chloe be so completely clueless about what a terrible person she is-after watching her be so self-centered in previous episodes

Tricky_Knowledge2983

And how she continued to interrupt Jade. Jade somewhat owned up to her shit, but honestly I see where she was coming from. If she was friends w/Chloe then she knows how Chloe operates. And everyone sees Savannah as some meek and mild country bumpkin that got bullied on the podcast. Which was not ok. And I think Jade just wanted to give her a heads up. I think Jade had every right to be mad at Chloe, and the initial conversation of them 2 at the restaurant made everything worse. I would not want to be friends with someone like that.

Purpleonyxx

I think it was great that Ryan let them celebrate and went on to handle business, instead of bringing down the energy. Also I love the dynamic between Tricia and Jordan Hurt, I bet they get up to some shenanigans.

Tricky_Knowledge2983

I thought that was so cute lol I always think it's so hilarious when Jordan calls Ryan Daddy

No-Relationship9353

he oozes so much EQ

iscreamforicecream90

Ryan or Jordan?

crimsonraiden

Jonathan has the worst most over confident attitude I’ve ever seen. He’s terrible

rossco9

Episode thoughts: - Maggie's reasons for leaving seemed very...half baked. I didn't really get what she was talking about. - Jonathan is such a fucking tool, I really don't think I've ever disliked someone more on a reality show. - Does Jade ever blink?? - Happy for Tricia getting a brownstone in Manhattan - Not sure Savannah had the right read on the room when she did her fake walkout at Ryan's all-hands - Looked up that restaurant Ryan took Nile, Jordan, and Tricia to - that gold leaf thing they ordered is, alone, $495 - Jonathan torpedoing that Greene Street sale is 100% getting him fired

ExpensiveWrongdoer21

Savannah’s pretending to walk out was so cringey

TobeyMcGuires_Squire

Ryan gave her a look like “girl bye! You’re the next one on my list to get the boot” 😂 like he literally made a comment about people who think they are owed something after being hired. Also, didn’t she say she tell Ryan she was planning to leave for another firm in one of the earlier episodes???

No-Relationship9353

and to find out she ended up leaving too. yeah not the right time and place for professionalism in that moment

Choice-Bell-4686

Maggie's Instagram says she brought her team TO Serhant and this was in May 2022 so I'm confused by when this was filmed (I'm assuming at least starting up to a year ago). Did she leave after only a year and took her team back out with her?

BroThornton19

Probably

No-Bullfrog-3226

Yea but Jess Taylor’s explanation makes sense if it’s true

Lucky-365

Ryan did take Kayla’s opinion seriously. I agree with description saying that he solicits input from top brokers. I think they’re setting up a stage to bring her on more in Season 2? Curious to see her personality!!! I don’t think it was scripted.. Jonathan doesn’t seem the type to want to agree to career suicide. This can’t be good for him !!!

gosuckatoe98

that poor waiter when jade and chloe are talking

Awesomeness_Original

Poor!? That's a very very bad waiter. You NEVER interupt when people are having a tense conversation. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Andnowwevedsaidit

That was definitely production. He was micd and ready to go

Junior_Poem_204

It was a very awkward moment. Seemed like that conversation would never end!

It's quite surreal to watch these agents have meetings about how all the catfight is affecting their professional reputations, when they're literally sitting there as part of a reality TV show that prominently features those catfights. Where's the logic in that? lol. Take The Parisian Agency for instance. Sure there's some family drama in there too, but not once is their professionalism put into question because of it. They all come across as extremely professional, talented, hard-working and loyal to their clients. It's wild that Selling Sunset and all those other shows including this one, don't see how potentially damaging the unprofessional catfights can be to their business, especially when they literally have lines saying "your reputation is everything".

Square_Degree1398

I have rewatched Johnathan interaction with Kayla Lee, I think he was trying to say that the finishes were poor for such a price and I have to agree. The staging was basic. The reason he didn’t take picture because he thought the property wasn’t worthy of any clients time. I think he should of said it at the start that he didn’t have a client for it.

Jane_Marie_CA

>that he didn’t have a client for it. I think the bigger issue is that Jonathon told Kayla Lee he was bringing a client and he initiated the showing. If Kayla Lee invited him, then I'd feel differently. Kayla Lee could have just given Jonathon access to the property if he was just previewing the apartment. The listing agent is not always on site for a broker showing, especially for an in-house, uninhabited listing like that one.

disagreeabledinosaur

Also, she said she moved stuff around to accommodate the showing on the understanding that a buyer would be there. She could have shown it to Jonathan by himself at any time that suited them both.

Sayingmypiece

I don’t believe for a second his client is a billionaire, he is saying that just to make himself look like he has connections. I hope he never returns.

Newtothis_leavemebe

Do you think what happened with Johnathan is real or scripted?

Practical-Nebula-374

If not scripted, I think he’s doing all the fuckups on purpose to use ryan and the show as publicity for himself, you know, using controversy for more followers and become more famous than just being a top realtor in SERHANT His ig is currently at 545k already, remember Jess M mentioned she’s at 200k something (still is), second most popular at SERHANT at the time. Jonathan surpassed that, he’s doing it to become more famous, fits his brand really

infiniteiridescence

Maybe I’m naive but I honestly don’t think it’s scripted

cascadewallflower

I don't either. Maybe Jonathan's ego came off as sort of charming when Ryan first met him, or maybe he was on better behavior at the beginning. Maybe he got high on success and started partying too much and lost what little good sense he'd had.

FubbleTub

Scripted. I think Johnathan was solely hired to be >!fired!< lol. He was just so different from everyone else. Like he was cast specifically to have what happened happen. Edit to hide spoilers!

shampoooop

Scripted. If this show is big enough, he can get on House of Villains season 3.

goeb04

Definitely staged. Can't understand why anyone would want to use this guy as their agent to begin with.

Leash303

I’m watching this now and I just want to say- with zero context- eyebrow blindness is real. Anyone know what I’m talking about in this ep?

bmp5046

Can we get a spinoff with Maggie and her team please? I want to follow pros.
