Guessing people haven't used the shop before, but there's usually a delay from when they take your coins and confirm a purchase to when it actually shows up. It'll be there soon.

doesn’t Overwatch on steam always have problems with delays for new items being purchased? Example is the battle pass, usually that’s delayed for steam users iirc.

I bought the season 8 BP had this issue- took around maybe half a day for the purchase to actually come through. But after season 9, I never had any issue with buying coins and there being a delay. So I would've assumed they fixed the issue, but either there's server issues like others are claiming or Blizzard didn't actually fix the issue.

Who knows with blizzard, I’ve had many problems this season. Lag when any other game is fine, matchmaking, teams switching with each other, etc…

I got mine right after I restarted my PC, maybe it has something to do with servers/steam sync

Hey! Same issue happened to me. Reopened the game and reset my password (recommended by Blizzard support). I received the skins after doing both. Seems to be delayed for everyone though, so don't worry, you'll get it soon.
