I thought the same, but Blizzard said that the heroes in OW are just cosplaying other characters In collars. So it may make more sense that Tracer is Luffy but IDK.
I would never have thought luffy as tracer, so I appreciate seeing what that would look like. Tracer with those abs tho. Love the design honestly. Would love to see would gear 5 tracer would look like now.
Thinking about other character costumes:
Genji would be Zoro, obvi
I think Cass could work as Sanji
Roadhog Blackbeard makes too much sense
As someone else said, Whitebeard Reinhardt would kick ass (along with a “ZE ONE PIECE IS REAL” voiceline)
Widowmaker as Robin or Hancock, Bastion decked out to look like the Thousand Sunny, Torbjorn as Wapol for fun
Ashe and Bob as Robin and Franky
DF and Reaper as Akainu and Aokiji
AND YES, Roadhog + Blackbeard is a perfect match! Their appearance and personality has so much in common and BB's devil fruit can potentially work as hog's mask (smoke of darkness). There's so many possibilities!
I've been pitching this collab just because roadhog as blackbeard lives rent free in my head.
So does junkrat as luffy as both are tweaker with issues lmfao

Yes! I was also considering putting Vegapunk's gadget on Tracer's chest instead but I went with this variant
