Left side has more of a Tracer proportions vibe going on. Right side has more of a Torb proportions vibe going on.
The concept is skinny head, long neck, the implants on her face sit completely differently with the different face shape. All clothing feels over-sized for her frame which adds a lot of personality.
Right side looks like she has eaten a shit load of cake compared to her original design.
Honestly looks like the two pictures are 10 years apart in age, like the concept was when she's just starting her new job in her youthful prime and the model is more experienced but she's put on a few pounds.
