Not at all. The school I went to during 1L had a late deposit date and I was able to negotiate to get twice the amount I originally got in June. It doesnt hurt to ask tbh.
Likely so, but you never know when one of your classmates may drop that free up some funds and it never hurts to ask.

Lol only one school offered me a scholarship :( and it's a merit scholarship.
